Jack M. Kuykendall is attorney at law for The Law Offices of Jack M. Kuykendall, Dallas, Texas and board certified in civil trial law. His primary areas of practice are in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, general litigation and appeals. The practice includes a full range of business, commercial, business tort and real estate litigation and trial matters. Jack also does appellate work and corporate legal counseling, including contract and employment issues.

Jack received his Juris Doctor in 1980 from George Washington University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Tennessee.

Jack has an extensive law career, including practicing for a national full-service law firm Arter & Hadden, Dallas, Texas, practicing for Witts, Wilson & Swart, Dallas, Texas where he primarily engaged in litigation, banking and corporate practice. He began his law career with Weintraub, Dehart, Robinson & Coggin, Memphis, Tennessee which gave him experience in management labor relations, National Labor Relations Board, equal employment opportunity and wage hour issues.

Jack is a born again Christian who believes fully in the Statement of Faith of Pinnacle Forum and has just joined Pinnacle Forum’s board of directors in February 2021. He and his wife are active members of Gateway Church in Dallas, Texas.
