A Little About Chuck Bryant:
Chuck Bryant has served with Pinnacle Forum since 2005 and recently retired from being President & CEO. Chuck has held a few instrumental roles with Pinnacle Forum, the first as Executive Director of Pinnacle Forum Modesto in California. He then served for a few years on the National Board, as well as in the role of Board Chair.
After graduating with honors from California State University, Stanislaus in 1977, Chuck founded CL Bryant, Inc., wholesale petroleum distributors. With a team of 6 employees, with sales exceeding $4m in the first year.

Harry Plack, managing member of Plack Group, LLC is responsible for business and profitability planning, tax reduction strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, succession planning, and general business consulting.
Currently, he handles consulting engagements for a variety of closely held businesses. These engagements have provided an extensive background in:

- Reducing tax burdens through advanced tax strategies
- Valuation for merger, banking, and estate tax purposes
