A Little About Dale Micetic
Dale Micetic currently co-facilitates a Pinnacle Forum group in Phoenix, Arizona.
Prior to retiring in 2013, Dale had a career in commercial construction serving the Phoenix area. Dale and his wife, Sue founded and operated Terrain Systems, Inc, a commercial landscape services company in Phoenix, Arizona. They successfully operated the company from 1978 until they sold it in 2002. Dale continued to manage the firm for the acquiring firm until 2013 when he retired from the operation of the company. When the Micetic’s firm was acquired, Terrain Systems employed 350 full time employees and annually completed $17 million of landscape related services across Arizona. Dale continues consulting small businesses in process of improvement practices on a limited basis.
