Partner Mark Kesler became an entrepreneur early on in life through purchasing various residential real estate and owning 6 Subway franchises. He didn’t know that God was preparing him to share his knowledge of business management with others, and one day that opportunity came. He was asked to sub in for a professor at Parkland College, revealing a new passion and pathway Mark did not expect. He transitioned into full-time teaching for many years and is now retired. A Little About Mark Kesler
Mark was raised on a farm northeast of Mahomet, IL (Champaign County). He graduated from Mahomet-Seymour High School in 1975 and the University of Illinois in 1979 and began working in the bank industry. In 1982, Mark invested in his first business venture, O’Malley’s Pub, on U of I’s campus town. Since then, Mark has been involved in several start up retail and real estate ventures, included 17 years with the Subway sandwich franchise.
