Watching his own father’s transformation through participating in a Forum and serving on the board for many years captured Connor’s attention. His father, Steve Hillard, proclaimed that he wished there had been such a group (Forum) for him when he was younger, helping him with Godly counsel through major life decisions and challenges. A Little About Connor Hillard
Connor Hillard was born and raised in Central Illinois, in the small town of Mahomet, IL. He was raised by a Pinnacle Forum Partner. He attended Baylor University where he was active in Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) and student government. Connor obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor in 2016. Connor then went on to work in politics, working for a public affairs firm in Austin, Texas. He became a campaign consultant and served as Director of Communications for a Texas State Representative. Following his time in Austin, he moved to Houston, TX, to serve as a Director of Selection for Northwestern Mutual – Texas Financial Group. Connor currently resides in Houston. Newly married, he enjoys time with his wife, as well as golfing, sport shooting, and time with friends and his dog Buckley.
