Connor Hillard was born and raised in Central Illinois, in the small town of Mahomet, IL. He has served on staff with Pinnacle Forum for the last several years and founded Pinnacle Forum’s Young Successful Leader (YSL) initiative.

He attended Baylor University and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor in 2016. Post graduation, Connor went on to work in politics, working for a public affairs firm in Austin, Texas. He became a campaign consultant and served as Director of Communications for a Texas State Representative. Following his time in Austin, he moved to Houston, TX, to serve as a Director of Selection for Northwestern Mutual – Texas Financial Group.

Having been exposed to Pinnacle Forum through his father’s transformational Forum experience, Connor realized his own need to be surrounded by fellow young leaders who loved the Lord, which led him to found Pinnacle Forum’s Young Successful Leader (YSL) initiative. In three short years, God blessed YSL, which currently consists of over 10% of Pinnacle Forum’s partnership base.

As CEO, Connor’s primary focus is to continue to grow Pinnacle Forum, not for growth’s sake, but to serve more and more leaders in their journey to understand who God has called them to be and how God has called them to impact their sphere’s of influence and lead others to Christ. Connor focuses on developing the overall vision for the organization, leading Pinnacle Forum’s great staff, and continuing to refine and improve the Forum experience for our Partners.
