Eric Bents is a leadership developer and strategy coach dedicated to helping people and organizations overcome their biggest problems. Eric serves Pinnacle Forum as the Field Executive Director, to include personally leading two Forum groups and facilitating Forum placement for new Forum candidates.

Eric served 30 years in the United State Air Force (20 years active, 10 reserve), retiring as a colonel after serving in a wide variety of combat and non-combat roles, with deployments to Afghanistan and Bosnia. His duty responsibilities spanned nearly all military mission areas to include nuclear, cyberspace, space, peacekeeping, counterinsurgency, counterterrorism and conventional combat support.

Eric also served 10 years in full time ministry as a regional outreach pastor in Omaha NE, highlighted by the establishment of a citywide “roundtable” which to date remains the largest collaboration between faith leaders, businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations in that city’s history. Eric has logged 1000s of hours developing and coaching leaders and is passionate about bringing wisdom and solutions to difficult situations. In his Pinnacle Forum role, as well via as his company Win Your Wars and non-profit The Storehouse Movement, Eric leverages his hard-won insights into wartime strategy and operations to provide a framework for anyone to tackle their most challenging life, business, or community challenges.

When not “warring to win”, Eric spends his time with his family – wife Marnie,
five [mostly] grown children and one grandchild – and is an avid hunter and
outdoorsman.
