Leigh Gerstenberger is the Founding Member of Strategic-Connecting, LLC a consulting firm dedicated to “inspiring intriguing ideas” that help individuals and organizations exceed their personal and business objectives.

Prior to forming his own firm, Leigh held senior executive positions at Huntington Bank and PNC Bank in their Private Banking and Wealth Management businesses.

In addition to being active in his church, Leigh presently serves on the boards of Nashville based Christian Leadership Concepts (CLC) an organization committed to helping men become stronger leaders in their family, community, church and business; EMERGE Counseling Services, a 40-year old faith-based mental health organization headquartered in Akron, OH. He is also the current board chairman of SummaCare, the for-profit insurance subsidiary of the Akron, OH based SummaHealth System.

Leigh and his wife Mim of 44 years reside in western Pennsylvania. They have two adult children and six grandchildren.
