Ron Reed is a former executive with Mars, Inc., serving as Vice President, Central Procurement and Physical Logistics.  His 30 years of experience in Supply Management includes senior leadership roles over corporate central procurement, the U.S. finished product distribution system, international transportation operations, contracting and managing third-party manufacturing operations, IT systems implementation, factory management and development of corporate training and development programs.

Through an eight-year role as an SBA Score business coach in the Midwest, Ron’s post-corporate life has primarily been focused on financial coaching and mentoring individuals and small businesses who are seeking guidance, or are in crisis mode, in their personal or business financial affairs.  Oftentimes it involves both.  After relocating to Arizona, Ron became a member at Scottsdale Bible where he continues to serve as a financial coach as part of the congregational care program.

Additionally, three years ago Ron and another brother-in-Christ started a consulting business to assist companies who want to grow their organizations within the context of Servant Leadership, which he and his co-principle believe is the most critical dimension of ultimate success or failure in an organization.  As an extension of this core value, he holds the belief that while many Christian-led businesses aspire to impact their sphere of influence for Christ, only healthy organizations can do this on a continuous basis.  Ron believes, both Pinnacle Forum’s Statement of Faith and its Four “E” Strategy are powerfully positioned to enable the growth of thriving, healthy organizations which are capable of impacting culture far into the future.

Ron and his wife of 50 years, Penny, live in Scottsdale.  They have two grown sons and three beautiful grandchildren.

Ron became a Pinnacle Forum Board member in July 2021.
