Steve became a Pinnacle Forum Partner shortly after he got involved in his first Pinnacle Forum in 2003 in Champaign, Illinois.  In 2006 Steve began leading his forum as facilitator.  Steve says his experience in and through Pinnacle Forum “activated his faith” to have more impact on the culture in Christ’s name.  Steve’s calling is leading through Pinnacle Forum as both a National Board member and local board chair, starting three forums and leading one.

Steve lives in Mahomet, Illinois with his wife of 30 years Christine. They have three children, two in college and one recently married.  Steve is President & CEO of HL Precision Manufacturing, Inc. based in Champaign, Illinois. Of utmost importance to Steve in his company is that its culture reflects that of a servant leader. Steve is also active at Grace Church where he previously served as an Elder, as well he his wife and company are supporters of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Restoration Urban Ministries, and Salt & Light Ministry.
